Google+, Android Apps and web interface with new design and functions

Google has not only revised the play store neatly in the last few weeks, but also other apps like Google+. In addition to the individual services finally linked together decently, like the many different communication options now all run under Hangouts. Yesterday screenshots have surfaced for the first time, demonstrate the new Android app and updated web interface of Gmail. This is not only from the design and operation matched to other Google apps, but also extended with new functions.

The new Gmail app will be much easier to use. Thus, for an overview of the different accounts and labels from the side wipe into view as you would already know by the YouTube app. For the labels, there are major changes. Currently Gmail already tried to distinguish between important and unimportant messages. It happens but only half-heartedly. The new Smart Labels to automatically classify and sort mail into five different categories. Currently there are to see the labels Primary, social, promotions, updates and Forums, which are also significantly differed in color. It is currently not known whether the categories you can also call this function on or off manually.

Next to each mail conversation or the face of the contact displayed or multiple faces, if you sent an email to a group. In addition, the various conversations with a contact person in label are divided, which is probably intended to create a better overview. The Gmail app for Android provides in any case not look so pale and stuffy, even as the current version. Whether the improvements but also are really useful and facilitate communication, you will hopefully see you soon.

The smart labels are also displayed in the browser and there would naturally assume the same function. Hopefully these new designs and features will improve Gmail ranking in market.
